Built by the women you want on your side.

The women behind LERA not only have the right credentials, experience and reputation - they have the right heart. Each and every one of the physicians, practitioners, and advisors involved in LERA have been personally vetted by our co-founders. And they all share in our belief that every woman deserves care that actually works for her — not the other way around. That she deserves care that sees her full picture, honors her complexity, treats her symptoms at the root and fits into her life.

Our Leaders

Jennifer Voss
Co-founder & CEO
Jennifer Voss

Jenny co-founded LERA after experiencing firsthand how fragmented and frustrating women’s healthcare can be. What began as a personal search for answers quickly became a mission: build the kind of care women should have had all along. Her work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, innovation, and women’s health — always guided by one simple question: What would the health experience look like if it were truly designed for women?

Lynn Dudley, PA-C
Co-founder & Medical Director
Lynn Dudley, PA-C

Lynn brings decades of clinical leadership experience and an unwavering belief that women deserve better than the status quo. Her passion for redefining care models shaped the LERA’s foundation — building a platform where science, empathy, and collaboration work together to support women’s whole health. She is driven by the belief that when women finally receive the right care, everything changes.

Leah Cordovez, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Leah Cordovez, MD

Dr. Leah Cordovez was drawn to the clinical vision behind LERA’s care model, protocols, and desire for drive better collaborative care with women’s care teams. As both an MD and an integrative practitioner, her career has been dedicated to understanding the complex, interconnected systems that shape women’s health — from hormones and metabolism to stress physiology and inflammation. At LERA, she guides both our medical strategy and practitioner mentorship, helping ensure that every woman receives thoughtful, personalized care grounded in science.

Our Board

To help guide our clinical approach, we developed a Medical Advisory Board of respected physicians and specialists who share our commitment to advancing women's health. Building this team was never going to be easy. But a more intentional kind of care starts with a more intentional kind of team. That's been our driving force. From the beginning, we knew we needed people who truly got it — clinicians and experts who not only had the credentials and experience, but also the curiosity, empathy, and deep personal drive to change how women experience care.
