Our Services include health assessments, at-home lab testing coordination, personalized health plans, educational content, and access to licensed health practitioners. LERA Health is not a substitute for emergency medical care or your primary care physician.

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where LERA Health operates to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Membership & Billing

LERA Health memberships are billed on an annual basis. By enrolling, you authorize LERA Health to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fee. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Please review our cancellation and refund policy for details.
