LERA Beta Launching April 2026 — Join Early Access
Because women's bodies are beautifully complex — and have been chronically misunderstood.
Most medical research still centers around male physiology, leaving women's health underfunded, under-researched, and often under-treated.
LERA was built to change that. Every aspect of our testing, analysis, and care model was designed for women — to help you understand how your body works, what it needs, and how to support it through every phase of life.
LERA will be available in April 2026 to women in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MN, MO, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV and WI, and to members nationwide (US) soon.
Not today — LERA was built explicitly to support the female body and biology. That said, a men's version of LERA is on the horizon.
We want to empower women to understand their bodies on a deeper level and live more fully starting as early as possible. Right now, we're here to support women 18+.
Yes — and in fact, it's one of the best things you can do for your body before, during, and after pregnancy. Your personalized plan will be tailored to your phase of life, including any fertility or prenatal goals.
Most women who find LERA have already tried "everything." They've seen specialists, run labs, adjusted their diets — and still don't feel quite right.
That's where we come in. We help you uncover and address the root causes of everyday symptoms like:
We look at how these symptoms connect — not just how to quiet them. Because your body's systems (hormones, gut, metabolism, and nervous system) are designed to work together. When one goes off balance, the others follow. When we bring them back into sync, everything starts to click again.
Your primary care doctor or OB-GYN plays an essential role in your health — providing screenings, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and treating acute concerns.
LERA focuses on understanding why symptoms may be happening in the first place. We look at how your body's systems are functioning by testing areas often not included in routine care, such as hormones, gut health, inflammation markers, and nutrient levels.
Instead of treating symptoms alone, we help you interpret what those symptoms may be signaling and identify lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness changes that support your overall health.
LERA is designed to complement your existing medical care, not replace it.
LERA is designed to work alongside your PCP, OB-GYN or anyone else on your existing care team — not replace them. In fact, we make it easy to download your test results and personalized plan from the LERA app to share them with your doctor for a more complete picture of your health.
It starts with your body's data — and a deep understanding of how it works together.
We combine your advanced lab results (blood, saliva, stool) with your detailed health history and lifestyle inputs to map your personal patterns — hormone balance, gut health, stress response, inflammation, and more.
Our algorithms and clinical team translate those patterns into an actionable plan — from managing stress and sleep to food and supplements — so you can start healing at the root, not chasing symptoms.
Because lasting health takes time — and your biology deserves more than a quick fix.
Most women start to feel real changes within 30–60 days. But deeper balance — healing the gut, rebalancing hormones, stabilizing energy — happens gradually. The 12-month structure gives your body space to adapt, and gives us the data to personalize, measure, and fine-tune your care over time.
You'll come away with not just results — but the knowledge, tools, and rhythms to keep feeling better for life.
Most members start to feel noticeable shifts — better energy, less bloating, clearer focus, improved mood — within the first month.
Because every woman's biology and goals are unique, results vary. But what's consistent is the trajectory: the longer you stay in rhythm with your plan, the more your systems stabilize and your results compound.
This isn't a detox or a diet. It's a recalibration — one that builds momentum with every cycle.
Right inside your LERA experience.
You'll have ongoing support through your in-app content, check-ins, and our member community, The Line, where women exchange insights and encouragement.
If you need extra guidance, you can book time with one of our trusted practitioners — the same experts who helped design our clinical approach.
You're never left to figure things out alone. That's kind of the whole point.
LERA's testing looks at the full ecosystem of your health, helping us understand how your hormones, gut, metabolism, and stress systems are functioning together.
Your provider may recommend a combination of:
Each test reveals a different piece of the picture. Together, they help us understand what's driving your symptoms so we can create a truly personalized plan.
Because women's biology is cyclical, timing can matter — especially for hormone testing. Your provider may ask you to complete certain tests on specific days of your cycle to capture the most accurate hormonal patterns.
Some tests also require simple preparation, such as temporarily pausing probiotics or certain supplements, to ensure your results reflect your body as clearly as possible. We'll guide you through exactly what to do before any test.
Your fasting blood test is done through Labcorp. With thousands of labs across the country, you should be able to find a location convenient to you. In certain markets, Labcorp also offers an at-home test, where they bring the lab to you for an additional cost.
Your saliva and stool tests are done at home. We offer you all kinds of support throughout the testing process including an in-app calendar and reminders as well as a handy Testing 101 hub with step-by-step instructions on the timing and steps of each test. But, if there is a slip-up with one of your tests, simply discard it and get in touch at support@lerahealth.com to request a replacement test and we'll ship another one out right away at no additional cost. If you realize you may have made an error in testing after returning your samples, unfortunately there will be a cost to replace the test.
Because traditional medicine is designed to treat disease, not optimize health.
Most standard panels your doctor orders are meant to catch things once they're already out of range. LERA tests at a deeper level — for patterns and early imbalances that affect your energy, focus, mood, hormones, gut, fertility, and more.
It's not that your doctor doesn't care — they're working within a system that's reactive by design. We're building one that's proactive.
Not just yet, but we're working on a solution that offers members this convenience without compromising consistency with our high standards of data integrity.
Easy — we'll keep you posted on the status of your test through in-app updates. Typically, your tests will arrive within a week of joining LERA.
Another easy one — when it comes time to schedule your fasting blood test, we'll guide you through the process in the app. Your appointment will be booked through Labcorp, and then you'll confirm the date and time of your appointment on your testing calendar. We'll remind you when it's time to start fasting and how.
Typically, results are ready within 2–3 weeks of completing all your samples.
Once everything is processed, we'll compile your full results and analysis into your personalized health report — including insights, explanations, and next steps.
You'll be notified as soon as it's ready inside your LERA dashboard.
Absolutely. That's one of our favorite parts.
You'll get an easy-to-understand breakdown of what each biomarker means, how it connects to your symptoms, and what actions to take next.
No more "your labs look normal" when you still don't feel normal. We'll help you understand your body like never before.
We partner with CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories that meet the highest standards for precision and reliability.
Every lab partner is vetted by our medical team for quality, accuracy, and privacy. You'll see the specific lab name listed with each test in your dashboard.
In short: we go deeper — and we don't leave you guessing.
Most at-home kits test surface markers or provide generic advice. LERA's panels are clinical-grade and curated by our medical team to reveal the root causes behind your symptoms.
Then, instead of sending you a raw data sheet, we interpret your results, connect the dots, and translate everything into a personalized plan you can actually act on.
Yes! Transparency matters to us. You can review sample instructions for blood, saliva, and stool testing on our website's FAQ before purchasing.
We want you to feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Sharing LERA with other women doesn't just pay off emotionally — it literally pays off.
We want every woman to feel confident in her investment — and supported in her decision.
Because LERA is a comprehensive medical membership that includes lab testing, analysis, and access to digital tools from day one, memberships are non-refundable once testing has been initiated.
If you decide to cancel before you've started testing, we'll issue a partial refund minus the cost of any services already rendered.
We understand life happens, so if you need to pause your plan for a medical reason or major life event, our team can help you defer your membership for up to three months.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to help you feel in control — financially and physically.
Your health data is yours, and we take that seriously.
LERA is fully HIPAA compliant, meaning your data is encrypted and stored according to the highest medical privacy standards. Only you and the licensed practitioners directly involved in your care can access your health information.
We also comply with COPPA and other relevant state and federal regulations to ensure your personal data is safe, never sold, and never shared without your explicit consent.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time — just email our support team, and we'll guide you through the process.
Transparency is one of our core values. You'll always know what we collect, why, and how it's used to serve you.
